Job Description
The Multimedia Specialist at Africa Nazarene University designs and delivers high‑quality digital learning assets for online courses and MOOCs. Responsibilities include creating videos, animations, interactive graphics, and integrating emerging EdTech tools into the LMS. The role collaborates with faculty to ensure content meets pedagogical and accessibility standards while maintaining a professional studio environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Communications, Educational Technology or related field (higher degrees preferred)
- • Minimum 3 years experience producing multimedia for educational contexts
- • Professional certification in multimedia or e‑learning is an advantage

- • Design, develop, and edit multimedia content such as videos, animations, and interactive graphics for online education
- • Lead the integration of new educational technologies into the LMS and other digital platforms
- • Collaborate with faculty and instructional designers to align media with learning outcomes and accessibility standards
- • Manage the multimedia studio, ensuring high‑quality production for both digital and physical formats
- • Evaluate and recommend emerging EdTech tools to enhance learning experiences
