Job Description
The National Programme Officer supports the migrant protection and gender portfolio by coordinating operations, monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with donor and organisational standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc or higher degree
- • Knowledge of migrant protection and gender mainstreaming
- • Familiarity with M&E methodologies and donor reporting requirements
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Coordinate and monitor operational, administrative and financial aspects of migrant protection programmes
- • Keep supervisors informed of programme status and identify implementation gaps
- • Develop and adjust work plans, project budgets and M&E tools, incorporating gender mainstreaming
- • Create and update standard operating procedures supporting gender integration
- • Collect, verify and analyse programme data and update information‑management systems
- • Maintain social‑media and communication updates related to programme activities
