Qualifications & Requirements
- • Registered Nurse qualification with NICU experience
- • Minimum 1 year experience in neonatal intensive care
- • Certification in neonatal resuscitation preferred
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill neonates, premature infants and low‑birth‑weight babies
- • Monitor vital signs, administer medications and perform necessary interventions
- • Conduct assessments and support respiratory and nutritional care
- • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
- • Educate parents on newborn care and discharge planning
