Job Description
The Network Operations Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for riders experiencing battery‑swap or charging issues, delivering rapid technical support through multiple communication channels. They will troubleshoot problems remotely, coordinate with field and product teams, and ensure incidents are resolved efficiently. The role also involves documenting cases and contributing to the evolution of Zeno’s network operations processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field
- • At least 1 year of experience in technical support or network operations
- • Fluency in English and Swahili
- • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- • Ability to work flexible hours, including peak‑period evenings
- • Good documentation and record‑keeping skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Respond to rider inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and in‑app chat
- • Diagnose and resolve network‑related issues affecting battery swap stations remotely
- • Coordinate with field technicians and product engineers to implement root‑cause solutions
- • Provide clear, timely updates to customers until issues are fully resolved
- • Record incident details and actions taken in the support system
- • Assist in developing and refining network operations procedures
