Job Description
Leads the daily operations of the appointment clinic, ensuring that patient care services are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Oversees staffing, workflow coordination, and clinical performance within the eye hospital setting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
- • Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience, preferably in ophthalmology or eye care
- • Demonstrated leadership and staff management abilities
- • Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
