Responsibilities
- • Deliver general nursing care to patients with medical, surgical and Obs/Gynae conditions
- • Perform complete head‑to‑toe assessments and ongoing re‑assessments
- • Administer medications, treatments and procedures as prescribed
- • Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately
- • Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to implement care plans
- • Educate patients and families on health conditions and post‑discharge instructions
