The Onboarding Operations Manager oversees the end‑to‑end onboarding experience for new hires at Zeno, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization and alignment with sales and marketing objectives. The role coordinates cross‑functional teams and continuously improves onboarding processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations or onboarding management
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- • Strong organizational and communication skills
- • Ability to work collaboratively across departments

- • Manage the onboarding workflow from offer acceptance to first‑day readiness
- • Coordinate with HR, IT, and department heads to set up accounts, equipment, and training
- • Develop and deliver orientation materials tailored to sales and marketing roles
