Job Description
The Onboarding Specialist serves as the primary liaison for sales and business development, supporting client onboarding and pipeline management. The role involves preparing presentations, coordinating meetings, and conducting research to aid the sales team in achieving annual targets. It offers the opportunity to work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders in a fast‑growing fintech environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc/HND)
- • Minimum 6+ years of experience in a commercial corporate environment, preferably in sales or business development

- • Act as the main point of contact for sales and business development during client onboarding
- • Support pipeline management and prepare sales presentations and case studies
- • Coordinate with compliance, legal, and technical teams to ensure smooth partner integration
- • Prepare customized reports for business development, account management, and partners
- • Resolve customer issues by coordinating with various internal stakeholders
- • Assist in pricing preparation and proposal qualification during the pre‑sales stage
