Job Description
The Online Sales Agent will engage customers through WhatsApp, phone calls and other messaging platforms to promote products and achieve sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills, effective use of CRM tools and the ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while working remotely.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND degree or equivalent
- • At least 1 year of online sales experience with CRM usage
- • Excellent communication and sales skills
- • Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
- • Reliable internet connection for remote work
