Job Description
The Operational Finance Advisor provides strategic financial guidance to MSF Ubuntu country programmes, ensuring sound budgeting, forecasting and financial control throughout project cycles. He/she advises on resource allocation, supports emergency response budgeting, and monitors expenditures to maintain compliance with MSF policies. The role also strengthens internal controls and promotes transparent financial reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) preferred
- • Minimum 5 years progressive finance experience
- • Strong analytical, ethical and communication skills
