The Operations Intern will support AMREF Flying Doctors by assisting with flight coordination, planning, and administrative tasks to ensure safe and compliant aeromedical services. The role involves preparing flight plans, delivering manifests, and maintaining accurate operational records while working closely with the flight operations team. Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational abilities are essential in this fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications & Requirements

- • Basic proficiency in standard office software.
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Assist the flight operations team in coordinating daily flight activities and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations.
- • Contribute to flight planning and dispatch processes, preparing and submitting flight plans on schedule.
- • Deliver flight manifests to immigration and support clearance procedures.
- • Provide administrative support to the Operations Department, including documentation and record‑keeping.
- • Monitor flight operations and communicate with aircraft commanders as needed.
