Job Description
The Operations – Investigations and Deployment Officer will lead investigations, gather evidence, and interview witnesses while ensuring legal and confidentiality compliance. They will also plan and execute the deployment of personnel, resources and equipment, assessing readiness and managing risk. The role requires strong liaison with police, legal teams and field units and regular reporting on operational trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Security Management or a related field.
- • Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
- • Strong interpersonal and people‑skills.
- • Ability to assess risk and operate hands‑on in investigations and deployments.
