Job Description
The Operations & Programs Delivery Lead will oversee the delivery of new and expanding health‑technology programmes across multiple countries, ensuring operational discipline and client satisfaction. You will manage workplans, budgets, timelines, and reporting while establishing systems such as milestone‑to‑invoice maps and comprehensive documentation. Acting as the primary liaison, you will lead client calls, coordinate deliverables, and mitigate risks to meet quality standards. The position demands strong health‑sector expertise and experience with pharmaceutical and technology partners.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Background in clinical medicine, dentistry, or related health sciences
- • Strong scientific and health‑sector knowledge to engage in technical discussions with clinicians
- • Excellent written communication skills
- • Experience working with pharmaceutical clients (preferred)
- • Experience collaborating with technology or digital product teams (preferred)
- • Experience in a health‑technology start‑up or scale‑up environment (preferred)
- • Proficiency in French language (preferred)
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Lead day‑to‑day execution of new country programmes and engagements with pharmaceutical, foundation, and multilateral partners
- • Manage workplans, budgets, timelines, and reporting for each engagement
- • Establish and maintain operational systems, including live workplans, deliverable owners, and milestone‑to‑invoice maps
- • Ensure programme documentation meets client, donor, and regulatory standards
- • Build and sustain operational discipline across a multi‑country portfolio
- • Lead routine client working calls and act as the principal day‑to‑day counterpart for client programme teams
- • Identify, assess, and escalate risks to ensure timely corrective action
- • Coordinate delivery coordination, milestone achievement, and risk mitigation for new and expanding programmes
