Job Description
The Operations Specialist will expand Bolt’s vehicle supply by engaging new owners and fleet partners while overseeing the full vehicle lifecycle. The role combines data analysis, stakeholder engagement and hands‑on problem solving to improve onboarding, compliance and utilisation. Reporting to the Country Operations Manager, the specialist collaborates with regional and HQ teams to meet supply and quality targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or equivalent degree
- • Minimum 5 years experience in logistics, operations or fleet management

Responsibilities
- • Identify and engage prospective vehicle owners and fleet partners to grow vehicle supply
- • Oversee vehicle acquisition, onboarding, activation and ongoing compliance
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet partners and other stakeholders
- • Monitor vehicle utilisation and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
