Job Description
The Partner Quality Specialist will identify, analyse and resolve quality and operational issues across payout partners, ensuring minimal impact on customers and transaction flow. The role requires deep data analysis, rapid root‑cause identification and close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive sustainable improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field
- • 2‑3 years experience in an operational or technical role, preferably within customer‑facing environments
- • Strong analytical thinking and sense of urgency
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- • Ability to interpret data and recommend actionable improvements

- • Proactively identify, analyse and resolve quality and operational issues across payout partners
- • Deep‑dive into transaction data to pinpoint failure points and root causes
- • Work directly with partners to investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- • Monitor issue trends and recommend process improvements to prevent recurrence
- • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance the end‑to‑end payout experience
- • Manage multiple improvement projects and prioritise tasks effectively
