Job Description
The specialist will lead people‑readiness for P&C transformation initiatives such as Workday enhancements and process redesigns, ensuring adoption across the global workforce. They will conduct stakeholder impact assessments, define readiness metrics, and develop change management plans using ADKAR or Prosci methodologies. Collaboration with training specialists, business analysts and P&C partners will shape training design and post‑launch adoption tracking. The role requires strong communication, data‑driven analysis and the ability to address resistance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- • 3–5 years experience in change management or P&C/HR transformation projects
- • Proven knowledge of ADKAR, Prosci or equivalent change management frameworks
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
- • Ability to define and analyse readiness and adoption metrics
- • Experience identifying and addressing resistance and readiness gaps

- • Design and execute structured change management plans for P&C transformation initiatives using ADKAR or Prosci methodologies
- • Conduct stakeholder impact assessments to identify affected groups and readiness levels
- • Define, track and report readiness and adoption metrics throughout project lifecycles
- • Identify and mitigate resistance and readiness gaps, recommending corrective actions
- • Collaborate with training and learning specialists to align training design with change outcomes
- • Provide post‑launch adoption monitoring and support to ensure sustained usage
