Job Description
The Design and Change Management Specialist leads the planning, design and implementation of programmatic and operational changes, working with partners and internal teams to improve processes and achieve humanitarian outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Relevant degree in public policy, development studies, change management or a related field
- • Demonstrated experience in design and change management within humanitarian or development contexts
- • Strong analytical and stakeholder‑engagement skills
- • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
