Job Description
The P&C Operations Training Specialist designs and delivers training programs for Workday system enhancements and digital capability rollouts at the International Rescue Committee. Working closely with change management and business analysts, the specialist assesses training needs, creates curriculum, and ensures effective knowledge transfer to employees. The role requires 3–5 years of learning and development experience and a bachelor's degree.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND degree in a relevant field
- • 3–5 years experience in training or learning & development
- • Experience with Workday or similar HR systems preferred
- • Strong instructional design and facilitation skills

Responsibilities
- • Lead end‑to‑end design and delivery of training programs for Workday enhancements and process changes
- • Develop training materials aligned with the global Workday Learning Strategy
- • Conduct training needs assessments using stakeholder impact analyses
- • Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences
- • Evaluate training effectiveness and refine content as needed
- • Collaborate with change management, business analysts, and HR partners to ensure consistent rollout
- • Maintain training documentation, records, and reporting metrics
