Job Description
The People Operations Consultant will ensure smooth operation of the employee lifecycle for Zeno, handling onboarding, contracts, promotions, transfers and exits while maintaining compliance with labour law. The role advises managers and staff on HR policies, improves HR processes and systems, and updates policies and the employee handbook. Strong analytical ability and comfort working with data are essential for driving efficient people decisions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or professional HR certificate
- • 5–10 years of experience in human resources or people operations
- • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
- • In‑depth knowledge of HR policies, employment law and HRIS systems
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Run onboarding, contract changes, promotions, transfers and exits end‑to‑end
- • Prepare and maintain employment contracts, offer letters and HR documentation
- • Keep employee records accurate and audit‑ready in the HRIS
- • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and best practice
- • Support disciplinary, grievance and performance‑improvement processes
- • Coach managers to handle people issues fairly and consistently
- • Draft, review and update HR policies and the employee handbook
- • Ensure practices comply with labour law and statutory deductions
