Job Description
The Senior People Partner will lead HR initiatives across Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Uganda and Kenya, driving talent acquisition, retention and employee development for Glovo’s rapidly expanding markets. The role partners with business leaders to shape people strategies, enhance performance and foster a high‑engagement culture.

- • Own end‑to‑end HR partnership for four African markets, aligning talent strategy with business objectives
- • Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring high‑quality hires for critical roles
- • Develop and implement retention programs to improve employee engagement and reduce turnover
- • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management and employee relations
- • Oversee compensation, benefits and compliance matters across the region
- • Analyze HR metrics and deliver insights to drive continuous improvement
