Job Description
The People Partner will act as a strategic HR advisor across four African markets, aligning people strategies with business goals, managing end‑to‑end HR processes, and using data analytics to drive talent density and retention. The role partners with local leaders to design organizational structures and influence HR solutions to fit regional needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field
- • Minimum five years of HR experience, including at least four years in a generalist role
- • Strong analytical and reporting skills
- • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and adapt global policies locally
- • Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities

Responsibilities
- • Partner with GMs and local management teams to align people strategy with business priorities
- • Own full HR 360 processes end‑to‑end for four markets
- • Use workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions
- • Influence and adapt global HR CoE solutions to local business needs
- • Drive talent density and retention through performance management and development initiatives
- • Lead organizational design and restructuring processes as needed
