Job Description
The officer coordinates perishable export bookings and maintains strong customer relationships, ensuring timely and compliant air cargo shipments.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma in Business or a related field, or equivalent qualification
- • CW1 Certified CargoWise Operator
- • Certificate in Customer Service, Air Cargo or related area
- • Minimum 2 years relevant experience with airline operations
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- • Strong communication, coordination and customer‑service skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Manage export bookings for perishable goods and coordinate with airlines and freight forwarders
- • Serve as primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- • Ensure documentation and regulatory compliance for air cargo shipments
- • Track shipments and provide status updates to clients and internal teams
