Job Description
The pharmaceutical technologist ensures the safe preparation and supply of medicines, maintains regulatory compliance, and supports clinical pharmacy services within the hospital. Responsibilities include managing stock, adhering to licensing requirements, and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from a PPB‑recognised institution
- • Enrollment with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board and a valid practising licence
- • Minimum of two years’ relevant experience, preferably in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting
- • Good conduct certificate and CPD compliance are advantageous

- • Prepare and dispense pharmaceutical products in accordance with standards
- • Maintain inventory, monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage
- • Hold a valid Pharmacy & Poisons Board practising licence and stay compliant with regulations
- • Keep accurate records and documentation of all pharmaceutical activities
- • Support clinical pharmacy functions and provide guidance to staff
