Job Description
The Pharmacy Technician will support the nursing home’s pharmacy operations by preparing and dispensing medications, managing drug inventories, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves verifying prescriptions, maintaining accurate patient medication records, and providing counseling to patients and healthcare staff. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential for effective collaboration within the clinical team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
- • Registered and enrolled with the Pharmacy & Poisons Board
- • Minimum 1 year experience in a busy hospital or pharmacy
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- • Dispense prescribed medications and prepare pharmaceutical compounds under pharmacist supervision
