Job Description
The Pipeline Builder develops and maintains talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting screenings, and collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers. The role requires strong sourcing expertise, organization, and communication skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • 2+ years experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition
- • Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and Boolean search techniques
- • Excellent communication, organizational and time‑management skills
- • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines
- • Advanced English proficiency (B2+ / C1)

- • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high‑demand and niche positions
- • Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals and networking
- • Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit
- • Keep an up‑to‑date database of active and passive candidates
- • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define hiring needs and target profiles
- • Track sourcing activities and provide regular pipeline performance metrics
- • Develop creative sourcing strategies and stay informed on labor market trends
