Job Description
The Plant Controller drives financial performance for Unga Holding’s manufacturing plant by overseeing budgeting, cost control, product costing and internal controls. The role partners with the Plant Manager to improve margins and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related business field
- • Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent)
- • Minimum five years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment
- • Proficiency with SAP (CO, MM, PP) and advanced MS Office skills
- • Strong commercial acumen and analytical capabilities

- • Lead the plant budgeting process and consolidate financial information for decision‑making
- • Analyse costs, identify savings opportunities and implement cost‑control initiatives
- • Drive efficiency projects to maximise product margins
- • Collaborate with the Plant Manager to develop competitive product costing
- • Maintain accurate product cost records and inventory valuations
- • Ensure compliance with internal controls and UHL financial policies
