Job Description
The Plant Quality Lead develops and maintains quality policies, procedures and measurement systems to ensure products and processes meet ISO and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include conducting audits, managing corrective actions, and supporting new product introductions while monitoring raw material and finished‑product quality.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or a related field (BA/BSc/HND)

- • Develop policies, procedures and methods to evaluate and improve product and process quality
- • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14000 family and other relevant standards
- • Conduct quality audits and reviews across the plant
- • Apply Taguchi methods, process reengineering and other improvement techniques
- • Own the Quality Management System and maintain its documentation
- • Create and maintain measurements for early problem detection and quality deviation identification
- • Develop quality plans for raw materials, finished products and packaging
- • Investigate and report on customer and supplier complaints
- • Manage closure of corrective and preventive actions arising from investigations
- • Ensure production traceability data is accessible for recalls and complaints
- • Support introduction of new products and processes through quality assessments
