Responsibilities
- • Install, repair, and maintain domestic water distribution, heating, chilled water, storm, and sanitary piping systems.
- • Perform comprehensive troubleshooting and diagnostics on plumbing fixtures and equipment.
- • Respond promptly to emergency plumbing issues to minimize disruption.
- • Execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure system reliability.
- • Complete assigned work orders accurately and within scheduled timeframes.
- • Collaborate with the maintenance team to coordinate repairs and upgrades.
- • Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
- • Work at heights and use ladders or elevated platforms as required.
