Job Description
The Primary Health Care Strategy Development Consultant will lead the creation of Kenya’s PHC Strategic Framework 2027–2032 and update the Primary Care Network guideline. Working with the Ministry of Health, the consultant will conduct analyses, engage stakeholders and produce evidence‑based recommendations to strengthen primary health services. The role requires senior‑level expertise in health policy, strategic planning and project management, delivered remotely over a six‑month contract.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field.
- • Minimum 10 years experience in health policy, strategy development or consultancy.
- • Proven track record delivering large‑scale health sector projects.
- • Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills.
- • Ability to work independently and remotely.
- • Excellent command of English
- French optional.
