Job Description
The PRIME System Advisor provides business analysis, system design and testing for PRIME enhancements, while delivering second‑line support to end users. The role also creates reports, improves data quality, and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure the system meets organisational needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or professional certificate in a relevant field
- • Understanding of NGO programmatic delivery and project management
- • Strong analytical capability to prioritize system improvement opportunities
- • Problem‑solving skills with accountability for resolving technical issues
- • Excellent verbal and written communication, able to explain complex solutions clearly
- • Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Conduct end‑to‑end business analysis to identify, design and test system enhancements
- • Write user stories and collaborate with developers to ensure solutions align with project methodology
- • Produce documentation on system design and generate comprehensive reports
- • Provide second‑line technical support to PRIME users and coordinate with third‑line teams for complex issues
- • Build relationships with PRIME champions, gather feedback and perform data quality audits
- • Promote adoption and usage of PRIME across the organisation
