Job Description
The PRIME System Advisor (Fixed‑Term Contract) will provide business analysis, design, and testing support for enhancements to the SAVE‑THE‑CHILDREN PRIME system. The role bridges business needs with technical solutions, ensuring that system upgrades are aligned with user requirements and delivered with high quality.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- • Proven experience in business analysis, system design, and testing within a software development environment
- • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- • Excellent communication abilities to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders
- • Familiarity with agile methodologies and requirement‑management tools is a plus
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Conduct end‑to‑end business analysis to capture and document system enhancement requirements
- • Design functional specifications and assist in creating test cases for new features
- • Participate in system testing, validate enhancements, and support user acceptance testing
- • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and end‑users to ensure solutions meet business objectives
- • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend system optimizations
- • Maintain clear documentation of requirements, designs, and test results
