The Principal Officer will lead business development for the East African Development Bank, shaping growth strategies and expanding market presence. Qualifications & Requirements
- • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Finance
- • Professional certifications or membership in relevant bodies (preferred)
- • Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, project finance or investment management
- • At least 3 years of supervisory and client‑facing experience
- • Strong analytical, negotiation and leadership skills
