Job Description
The Procurement Associate supports the full procurement cycle, managing purchase orders, supplier communication, and documentation to ensure timely and cost‑effective sourcing. The role coordinates internal stakeholders and monitors inventory levels to optimise stock and maintain compliance with company policies. Strong analytical and negotiation skills are applied to evaluate supplier performance and drive operational efficiency. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of procurement or supply‑chain experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
- • Minimum two years of experience in procurement or supply‑chain roles
- • Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management and inventory control
- • Strong communication, negotiation and documentation skills
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- experience with ERP or procurement systems is a plus
- • Membership in professional bodies such as KISM or CIPS is advantageous
