Job Description
The Procurement Manager will support fast‑moving technology sourcing for emerging digital innovations, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation and vendor due diligence. The role balances speed with procurement discipline while evaluating pilots, proofs of concept and new tools across AI, SaaS and automation domains.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field
- • 5–7 years experience in IT procurement, SaaS and software sourcing
- • Experience in NGO or donor‑funded environments
- • Knowledge of donor compliance requirements such as USAID, FCDO, ECHO, EU or UN agencies
- • Professional procurement certification (CIPS, CPSM) preferred
- • Proficiency in French, Spanish or Arabic is an advantage
