Job Description
The Procurement Officer sources high‑quality materials for plumbing and manufacturing divisions, manages the full purchasing cycle, and ensures timely delivery while maintaining cost efficiency and supplier performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or Diploma.
- • 2–4 years of procurement or supply‑chain experience.
- • Familiarity with ERPNext or similar procurement systems.
- • Strong negotiation and contract‑management skills.
- • Ability to assess supplier quality and maintain accurate records.
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Identify and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials (plastics, steel) and plumbing inventory to secure competitive pricing and favorable credit terms.
- • Process purchase orders, track shipments, and manage the complete procurement workflow within ERPNext.
- • Coordinate with manufacturing and plumbing teams to anticipate material requirements and prevent supply‑chain bottlenecks.
- • Maintain rigorous quality‑control standards when evaluating vendor samples and incoming deliveries.
- • Track supplier performance using established KPIs and KRAs.
