Job Description
The Procurement Officer sources and procures medical supplies, equipment, and services for the hospital, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with procurement policies. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate procurement records. Strong knowledge of medical supplies and attention to detail are critical for success.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field
- • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a hospital procurement setting
- • Strong knowledge of medical supplies and procurement processes
- • Proficiency with procurement systems and MS Office
- • High integrity and meticulous attention to detail
