Job Description
The Producer at D&R Studios will oversee the end‑to‑end creation of media content, coordinating production schedules, managing budgets, and guiding creative teams to deliver high‑quality projects on time. The role requires strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of the communication industry.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Film Production or related field
- • 2–4 years experience in production management or similar role
- • Strong knowledge of production workflows and equipment
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
- • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
Required Skills

- • Plan and manage production schedules for media projects
- • Coordinate cross‑functional teams including directors, editors, and talent
- • Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control
- • Ensure creative vision aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines
- • Supervise post‑production activities such as editing and sound design
- • Track project progress and report status to senior management
