Job Description
The Product Manager drives product strategy, roadmap execution and backlog management for the company's solutions, working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver market‑fit features. Responsibilities include translating user needs into clear requirements, supporting agile ceremonies and gathering feedback to continuously improve the product.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant discipline
- • 3–5 years of product management experience
- • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- • Strong backlog and sprint management skills
- • Good understanding of product development and user experience
- • Analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
- • Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps or similar tools
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Support product planning, strategy and roadmap execution
- • Develop clear product requirements and user stories
- • Manage product backlogs and assist with sprint planning
- • Coordinate with developers to track product delivery
- • Work with designers on user journeys, wireframes and prototypes
- • Support user acceptance testing and product release activities
- • Gather customer feedback and identify product improvements
- • Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering and leadership teams
- • Monitor feature progress and ensure requirements are clearly communicated
