Job Description
The Product Manager will own end‑to‑end product development for Powerhive’s applications, turning field insights into prioritized roadmaps and delivering functional releases. Responsibilities include defining specifications, leading development cycles, ensuring release quality, and measuring product performance. The role requires a technical background and at least two years of product experience in a fast‑moving startup environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field
- • Minimum two years of product management experience at a startup or high‑growth company
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Own the full product lifecycle from idea generation to production release
- • Define and defend the product roadmap aligned with quarterly business goals
- • Write detailed specifications and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
- • Lead stand‑ups, demos, releases, and unblock development obstacles
- • Ensure release quality through user acceptance testing, staged rollouts, and rollback planning
- • Define, instrument, and report on key product metrics for each launch
- • Gather field feedback from riders and swap stations and translate it into ranked problem lists
- • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, operations, finance, and leadership
