Job Description
The Product Manager owns the end‑to‑end product workflow, translating business and user needs into clear specifications and guiding development through launch and optimisation. They maintain a prioritized backlog, conduct market and user research, and collaborate with engineering, design, QA and marketing to deliver features that improve conversion and operational efficiency. Data‑driven decision‑making and metric tracking are central to the role.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND qualification
- • At least two years of hands‑on product management experience
- • Strong analytical and communication skills
- • Ability to work cross‑functionally and drive product decisions
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Plan and design product modules and translate requirements into PRDs, user stories and wireframes
- • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog (P0–P3)
- • Conduct competitor research, user analysis and data reviews
- • Define iteration plans to improve conversion, lead quality and operational efficiency
- • Coordinate with Engineering, QA, UI/UX, Website Operations and Marketing
- • Run requirement reviews, track delivery and own release quality
- • Build and maintain product metrics and use data to identify funnel bottlenecks
- • Collect user feedback from Sales, Rental and other internal stakeholders
