Job Description
The Product Manager for Zeraki Learning owns the core learning experience, translating instructional design principles into scalable product solutions and collaborating with design, engineering, and teachers to continuously improve the platform.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field
- • 1–3 years experience in product management, instructional design, or learning sciences
- • Demonstrated ability to translate curriculum needs into usable product features
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Apply instructional design principles such as scaffolding, practice, feedback, and mastery to product decisions
- • Evaluate learning flows for clarity, sequencing, and quality of feedback
- • Partner with Design to ensure learning interactions are cognitively appropriate and simple
- • Own the learning product backlog, run discovery sessions with teachers and students, and ship iterative improvements
- • Analyse product usage data and metrics to inform enhancements
- • Coordinate with engineering and design teams to deliver feature releases on schedule
