Job Description
The Product Research Manager will lead mixed‑methods research to inform product design, usability and market fit for Jacaranda Health’s digital health solutions. Responsibilities include planning studies, analyzing data, and translating insights into product recommendations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human‑Computer Interaction, Psychology, Public Health or related field (Master’s preferred)
- • Minimum 4 years experience conducting product or user research for digital health products
- • Proficiency with research tools, statistical analysis and data visualization
- • Strong communication skills and ability to translate insights for cross‑functional teams
- • Experience working in low‑resource settings is a plus
