Job Description
The Product Technician will perform incoming, in‑process, and outgoing quality checks on mobility devices, run standardized test plans and calibrations, and manage the refurbishment workflow from intake through repair and re‑release. They will analyse defect trends, maintain up‑to‑date SOPs, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. The role requires at least two years of experience in product testing or electronics quality control.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND qualification.
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in product testing, electronics QC, or repair and refurbishment.
- • Ability to work to takt time in a fast‑paced environment with a safety‑first mindset.
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Perform incoming, in‑process, and outgoing QC checks on devices, components, and accessories according to SOPs and AQL standards.
- • Run standardized test plans, calibration procedures, and final functional tests on sample bikes with full traceability documentation.
- • Own the refurbishment workflow from intake triage through repair, verification testing, and re‑release, ensuring units meet as‑new standards.
- • Consolidate defect trends and failure analysis into weekly OEM feedback packs and support corrective and preventive actions.
- • Maintain up‑to‑date SOPs, work instructions, checklists, and test records on Zoho.
- • Ensure EHS compliance, ESD‑safe handling, and proper battery safety protocols throughout all activities.
