Job Description
The Product Technician – Mobility is responsible for installing, testing and maintaining M‑KOPA’s mobile solar solutions. The technician troubleshoots technical issues, conducts field inspections, and ensures products meet performance standards. The role requires a solid technical background and strong customer‑service orientation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Technical diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
- • Relevant hands‑on experience with solar or mobile technology
- • Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- • Strong problem‑solving and customer‑service skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Install and commission mobility solar products at customer sites
- • Perform routine maintenance, testing and troubleshooting of equipment
- • Diagnose and resolve technical faults in the field
- • Provide technical support and guidance to customers
- • Document service activities and update system records
- • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
