Job Description
The Production Supervisor will manage the TV and smartphone assembly lines, ensuring efficient daily operations, high quality standards, and a safe working environment. Key duties include scheduling, workforce management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates must have a solid background in electronics manufacturing and proven supervisory experience. The role reports to the Plant Manager and collaborates closely with engineering and quality teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- • Minimum of 5 years experience in the electronics industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- • Proven expertise in CKD/SKD assembly processes and quality assurance
- • Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the production floor, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management
- • Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and quality
- • Coordinate with materials and engineering teams to resolve technical issues
- • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to operators and technicians
- • Lead Kaizen and continuous‑improvement projects to reduce waste and increase throughput
- • Prepare and present production performance reports, including output, efficiency, and downtime
- • Support New Product Introduction activities, including training and trial runs
- • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on the shop floor
