Job Description
The Program Manager provides strategic leadership for LWF’s programme portfolio across Kenya and Somalia, overseeing quality, resource mobilisation and partnership development. Reporting to the Country Representative, the role ensures interventions are impactful, donor‑compliant and aligned with organisational strategy. The position also leads a multidisciplinary team and drives performance management and learning initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field.
- • Significant experience in programme or project management within humanitarian or development contexts.
- • Proven ability to lead multi‑sector teams and manage complex programmes.
- • Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities
- • Lead the design, implementation and monitoring of programme activities in Kenya and Somalia.
- • Ensure programme quality, compliance with donor requirements and alignment with LWF strategies.
- • Mobilise resources and develop partnerships to support programme objectives.
- • Oversee performance management, reporting and organisational learning processes.
- • Advise the Country Representative on programme strategy and represent LWF in stakeholder forums.
