Job Description

The Program Support and Reporting Consultant provides analytical updates on displacement trends and emerging risks related to the El Niño response. The role drafts post‑flood needs assessments and prepares briefing notes, presentations and situation updates for donors, government and humanitarian partners. It also updates monitoring and evaluation products, tracks programme performance and consolidates planning trackers to support adaptation decisions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) or higher (MBA/MSc/MA)
  • • 2–4 years of experience in programme support, reporting or monitoring and evaluation
  • • Strong analytical and writing skills
  • • Ability to synthesize data and present findings to diverse audiences

Required Skills

Responsibilities

  • • Produce regular analytical updates on El Niño CCCM response, covering displacement trends, risks and priority needs
  • • Draft and consolidate post‑flood needs assessments for affected districts
  • • Prepare briefing notes, presentations and situation updates for management, donors and partners
  • • Update CCCM programme monitoring and MEAL products with key indicators and beneficiary feedback
  • • Consolidate programme planning and performance trackers to inform adaptation
