Job Description
The Programme Driver provides safe, reliable transportation to support FAWE Kenya’s operations and programmes. Responsibilities include vehicle maintenance, route planning and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role contributes to the efficient delivery of educational initiatives across the country.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Valid driver’s licence with clean driving record
- • Experience driving professionally for at least 2 years
- • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- • Good organisational and time‑management skills
- • Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols
Required Skills

- • Provide safe and timely transportation services for staff and programme activities
- • Plan routes, manage schedules and ensure punctual arrivals
- • Maintain vehicle logs, conduct routine inspections and arrange maintenance
- • Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and company policies
- • Support logistics coordination for events and field visits
