Job Description
The Programme Manager provides strategic leadership for the Uzazi Salama initiative, overseeing planning, implementation, and performance monitoring across health, community, and digital components. The role coordinates multiple partners, including CHAK, Girl Effect, Kiambu County, and the M‑PESA Foundation, ensuring donor compliance and high‑quality results. Responsibilities include technical supervision, capacity building, risk management, and financial oversight to achieve programme objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in public health, health systems, or related field
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred
- • 5–7 years progressive experience in RMNCAH, MNCH, or reproductive health programmes
- • Proven track record managing donor‑funded health projects and multi‑disciplinary teams
- • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
- • Demonstrated ability in monitoring, evaluation, and financial management
