Job Description
The Programme Manager for the RISE initiative provides technical leadership and coordination across multiple partners to expand flexible learning pathways for out‑of‑school youth. The role oversees program planning, capacity building, data generation, and stakeholder engagement to achieve measurable education outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • MBA, MSc, or MA degree
- • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in education systems reform or workforce development
- • Proven experience in programme management and stakeholder coordination
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Lead technical and programme management for the RISE initiative
- • Coordinate activities among government, UNICEF, Mastercard Foundation, and consortium partners
- • Build system capacity and implement technology‑enabled learning solutions
- • Generate data and evidence to inform programme decisions
- • Engage youth and community stakeholders to ensure inclusive programme design
- • Manage risks, monitor results, and report to the Programme Steering Committee
